Shipping
Policy

  • Shipping rate of € 9.90 to Sweden. Within Europe €19.90. 

  • Orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to be packaged and shipped.

  • Depending on the shipping address location international, allow 5-7 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped.

  • Shipping is provided by DHL.

  • Please note that we will not be able to deliver to PO Box. Sorry for that!

  • Please kindly note that Business days are defined as Monday through Friday except Holidays.

  • It's our job to get the product to the customer in good condition that they paid for, we will make sure the product get to you in good condition or we will do an exchange, store credit or refund.

Refund & Exchange

  • Unless otherwise specified, products can be returned and refunded within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Product must be in the same condition as it was sold. Store credit will be issued between 14 - 30 days of purchase.

  • For orders that were shipped, return game can be send back to the store.  Customer is responsible to pay for the return fee and only the game will be refunded, not the shipping cost that was paid to ship.

  • We will replace or refund any mistakes done by CAHLING by Bodyweight without charges.

  • We will not accept returns of opened product because they are missing pieces. 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at support@cahling.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns

Missing components
It is possible there are missing parts of the products when you open it due to a manufacturing error. We directly send replacement parts to you. 
 

Damage shipment
If you receive the package, please check the packaging for visible damage. If you notice significant damage, please mention this to the delivery person before signing for the package.

We always ship with insurance. If you have received a shipment with damaged products, please provide the following:

  • A picture of the shipping box from all sides. One of the pictures should include the shipping label.

  • A picture of the opened shipping box with the contents (and protective materials visible).

  • A picture of the damaged products.

  • A picture of all the protective materials used in your shipment.

  • When we have received these pictures we can file an insurance claim.
